I just went by the new office to take some pictures, and am so excited that our brand new office windows are in! We have a great team working around the clock to prepare for our grand opening in September. I highly recommend McCauley Dentistry! Their staff is great! They’re kind and courteous. They treat me like a friend.... My hygienist today remembered my dog’s name! Wow! That’s someone who knows I’m not just a number in a file! As dentistry goes, they’re excellent! Dr McCauley came in on her day off to fix a broken tooth I had. That’s just old school! I love it! They’re dedicated and have their practice streamlined extremely well! If you’re looking for a good family dentist, I recommend McCauley Dentistry!read more

Update: another awesome cleaning, this time from the other incredible hygienist Ali!Just went in for my cleaning and... Kim (one of the amazing hygienists) told me about a new piece of technology they have called an AirFlow, which honestly left my teeth feeling as clean as they ever have and made the visit even more comfortable. I love this office. I'm fairly a new patient. I'm also a hygienist and a clinical education manager for a dental... manufacturer. It's hard to find an office that's up to protocol with CDC compliance, great staff that's friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. McCauley is fantastic. I like the technology this office uses. I highly recommend this office. I also moved my 2 kids here and they love it. I have other friends that are looking to move to this office too because I highly recommend them!read more

Friendly, empathetic, experts. They don’t cower to payers (insurance). They always do the right thing for their... patients and won’t let any other entity disrupt their pursuits for the latest and best technology. And Janis is one of my favorite people to chat with about whatever while I’m waiting. Oh, and they’re great with kids too!read more

I chipped off a piece of my front tooth and I consulted many many doctors. Some recommended crown or root canal and... many other expensive procedures spanning over weeks. But it was my good luck that I stumbled upon doc McCauley's clinic. She is such a friendly nice warm person and she completed repairing my tooth in 40 minutes in the least possible cost. I told her I have to reach work by 9 am and she started at 7am . Strongly recommend her for any tooth issues 👍🏻read more

I’ve only had two appointments at this office but I can already say it’s been an amazing experience. Kim is my... hygienist and she’s always easy to talk to and walks me through everything she’s doing. She also gives me tips on how to brush my teeth more effectively, which I’ve never been told before! Dr. McCauley was prompt and had an upbeat energy to her and I felt comfortable in that chair, the hand wax that they offer is a nice touch too.read more

I found Dr. M's place last year after experienced poor quality of care at another dentist. I have been very happy with... everyone here. They are all very nice, professional and love what they do.They are also very proactive in keeping my teeth healthy. They fixed the troublesome crown done by the other place, and introduced me to Bothell OMS to get my implant back on track.read more

First time patient - I was greeted by a lovely receptionist when I called in to schedule an appointment and the actual... appointment didn’t disappoint. I was given a free paraffin wax, for crying out loud! The office was comfortable, staff was friendly and professional and I dare say, my teeth have never been cleaner.For those looking for a new dentist, this is a great one. There’s quite the lengthy form to fill out as a new patient - lots of questions/background history - BUT THEY ACTUALLY READ IT! Nice to know it’s not for nothing; they took the information I sent, followed up with me about a few things and luckily they have a sense of humor (I might’ve mentioned I drink a couple glasses of wine a week because… well, 2021…).Thankful to have found a new dentist!read more

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been too. I came from a dentist that told me I have 3 cavities and did work for... a crown and charged me passed what I had covered for insurance and I had to make payments for 5+ months to pay it off. McCauley is a doctor I trust, is in my best interest and let me know I have great teeth and did not agree with the previous 3 cavities findings. She is trust worthy, staff is fantastic, and they have the cutest office ever. You and your entire family need to come here!read more

I cannot say enough great things about this office! Kim cleaned my teeth and it was the best cleaning I’ve ever... received! I tend to have very sensitive teeth but she was extremely gentle and thorough and made it a painless experience. I had my 1st appointment at McCauley Family & Cosmetic Dentistry a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. I don’t... usually like going to the dentist, but this place does not feel like a dentist office at all. The place is extremely clean, the staff was friendly and the amenities were awesome. It really did feel like a spa experience. My Hygienist, Kim, is amazing! She’s friendly and takes the time to explain everything that she will do so there are no questions on procedures. The Dentist was great- easy to talk to and was able to address my issues and come up with a solution. I will definitely be back and look forward to my next visit.
